Located in Miller Senior Center, Elderly Outreach Office provides information, referrals, assistance to Hamden seniors, particularly with regard to: Renter’s Rebate Program, Fuel/Energy Assistance Program, homebound 
visits, grant assistance and various emergency situations.

dietary services; pastoral care; family counseling.
